Mission Statement

The mission of the Saratoga Regional YMCA is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The YMCA welcomes men, women and children of all ages, income, abilities, races and religions.

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit (charitable) organization.
