Immunization Exemption Verification Form

Babysitting Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
and 4:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Price is $2/hour per child and there is a 2-hour limit. Reservations are required. For more information, call 583-9622, ext. 124.
